Zcash activates faster-block testnet ahead of November upgrade

Zcash's NU7 upgrade went live on testnet ahead of schedule, cutting the target block time from 75 seconds to 25 seconds.

That gives exchanges, wallets and developers time to test the changes before a planned mainnet launch in November.
